Availability

Your availability determines when people can book time with you. Meeva offers flexible tools to manage your schedule.

Default Schedule

Your default schedule sets your standard working hours, applied to all event types unless configured otherwise.

Open Availability Settings

Navigate to the Availability tab in your dashboard

Select Available Days

Check the days you want to be available for bookings

Add Time Intervals

Set hours for each day (e.g., 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Add Multiple Intervals

Add multiple intervals per day for lunch breaks or split schedules

💡 Pro Tip: Copy Hours
Use the "Copy hours" feature to quickly apply the same schedule from one day to the rest of your week.

Date Overrides

Override your regular schedule for specific dates without changing your weekly availability.

Blocking Time

Mark dates as completely unavailable. Perfect for:

  • Holidays & vacations
  • Personal appointments
  • Conference travel days

Custom Hours

Set specific hours for a date, replacing your normal schedule:

  • Half days
  • Extended availability
  • Weekend exceptions

Calendar Connections

Connect external calendars to automatically check for conflicts and sync new bookings.
